Choosing the right therapist is crucial, and I invite you to explore this page at your own pace. With so many counselling approaches available, finding the right fit can be overwhelming. Below, I share insights into my practice and what I believe is essential in therapy.
A bit about myself.
My journey to becoming a counsellor started after a time in my life when I needed some help. It was such a motivating and positive experience I knew it was going to be my vocation to support and help others.
Our relationship is the most important thing in our work. I will try to understand your experience without judgment and be honest and open. I'll take the time to work together with you to find what works best for you.
I have been a Positive Placement Mentor for the YMCA supporting young people towards a positive future. Also a teaching assistant for level 2 counselling adult learners at Aldridge Adult Learning in Portslade. Since 2019 I have been volunteering for a charity offering affordable counselling in Southwick, West Sussex.
